Another league source says Boston hasn't heard yet directly from Hayward. Again: doesn't mean he cant pick Cs later; he just hasn't yet.

Hayward met with the Celtics, Jazz and Miami Heat over the past few days, weighing his free agency options.
Drafted in 2010 by the Jazz, Hayward played his first seven seasons in the NBA with them before now being reunited with his college coach, Brad Stevens, in Boston.
Hayward emerged as an All-Star for the first time last season averaging 21.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists on 47.1 percent shooting from the field. He led the Jazz to a 51-31 record, good for fifth in the Western Conference.
With almost every other big-name free agent heading out West this summer, Hayward becomes the biggest to flip back to the East, joining a Celtics team that finished with the best record in the Eastern Conference a year ago.
The Celtics' original plans this summer was to acquire Hayward and then Paul George, but George ended up getting traded to the Thunder first, leaving Boston to settle for just Hayward.
