The Green Bay Packers are set to face off against the Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs. After a 13-3 season and earning a first-round bye with the No. 2 seed in the NFC, the Packers are without question one of the most criticized teams in the postseason. Many think they are overrated and will lay an egg against Russell Wilson and the Seahawks.

Aaron Rodgers and Matt LaFleur are the main storyline for the Packers, as they have to put up big offensive production. Defensively, Mike Pettine's group will have their hands full containing Wilson.

If the Packers want to move on to the NFC Championship to face the winner of the Minnesota Vikings vs. San Francisco 49ers game, they will need some players to step up. They will need to take care of the football and their defensive must stay solid. Those things are more than capable of being done.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at two major X-Factors for the Packers this week against the Seahawks at Lambeau Field.

Kevin King, Cornerback

Speaking of the Green Bay defense, their cornerbacks are going to have their hands full. DK Metcalf is fresh off of a massive seven-reception, 160-yard performance against the Philadelphia Eagles to go along with a touchdown. Tyler Lockett is a speedster capable of making massive plays at any moment.

Kevin King may not receive the hype that Jaire Alexander has been given leading up to this game. However, he is extremely important. Whether he has to face off against Metcalf or Lockett, King cannot afford to get beat and the Packers need him to stay healthy and productive all game long.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Wide Receiver

Let's move on to the offensive side of the football, where the Packers are going to need receivers to step up for Rodgers. Davante Adams is a superstar and is one of the best in the game. Behind him, the Packers have a lot of question marks and players who have struggled with consistency all season long.

Valdes-Scantling was expected to have a major breakout season for the Packers. When everything was said and done, he caught 26 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns, while also struggling with consistency and drops. This week against the Seahawks, the Packers need MVS to step up and play a big role if they want to have any chance at defeating the Seahawks.
