Gregg Popovich and other coaches appear on NBA 2K

The NBA 2K franchise provides various game modes to choose from. Every year, gamers are provided new ways to play with their favorite teams and players. MyGM, MyCareer, and online head-to-head play are all popular features.

Fans of the games can become incredibly passionate about it. Online users can modify features of the game and share their content to thousands online. One popular NBA 2K modder, ‘Mkelite’, has put some work in to create a rather unique experience – playing as coaches.

It seems as though Mkelite decided to create a Chicago Bulls roster that includes San Antonio Spurs head coach, Gregg Popovich, Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra and the Minnesota TimberwolvesTom Thibodeau as players. A video has been uploaded of the coaches in game-play, and it makes for a very entertaining watch.

One of the most impressive parts of the video is just how life-like Gregg Popovich’s appearance is. The Spurs legend’s face is incredibly realistic , though the physique may not be an accurate representation of the wine-loving 67-year old.

Not known for his explosive athleticism, Popovich throws down a huge dunk against some of the NBA’s elite talent in the video.

Fans of NBA 2k and Mkelite’s work will hope that there is more from Popovich the baller. He has previously uploaded videos of other unique games, such as Avengers vs Justice League and TMNT vs Film Villains.
