Memphis Grizzlies small forward Chandler Parsons' recent Twitter activity has been deemed as newsworthy, but predictably enough, it has nothing to do with basketball. This time around, the 29-year-old is talking trash with a random Twitter user about Parsons' current girlfriend, 23-year-old model Cassie Amato.
In the exchange, Twitter user @hussainzeemm claimed that he has Parson's beau's phone number on his speed dial. Parsons was his confident self, responding to the assertion by challenging the user to “take his shot.”

Parsons has established a reputation as being one of the NBA's most dynamic playboys. However, his current relationship with Amato appears to be heading towards a more serious direction. Even the 6-foot-10 forward himself claimed that he has put his days of exploration behind him. In fact, Parsons even openly discussed the prospect of marriage in a recent TMZ Sports interview, albeit being generally standoffish about the possibility of tying the knot.
Two years ago, the Grizzlies invested a ton of money on Parsons, who was then a highly-coveted free agent. He signed a monster $94 million deal that would keep him in Memphis up to 2020. Unfortunately, major injuries have gotten in the way of Parsons living up to his gargantuan paycheck and he's been nothing more than a bit player for the Grizzlies.
Over the past couple of seasons, Parsons has only played in a total of 70 games — most of which under a heavy minutes cap. The former University of Florida standout has sub-par averages of 7.9 points, 1.4 3-pointers, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in less than 20 minutes per contest over the past two seasons with the Grizzlies.
