Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies bounced back from Sunday's disappointing 123-112 loss to the Houston Rockets in a major way. On Tuesday, the Grizzlies blew out the New Orleans Pelicans, 132-111, en route to setting another franchise record.

According to Grizzlies PR on Twitter, Memphis just set the franchise record for most fastbreak points during their blistering win over the Pelicans:

Once again, it was Morant who led the way for the Grizzlies, dropping 24 points on 8-of-13 shooting to go along with eight rebounds and eight assists. His supporting cast was on full display as well, with Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr. scoring 22 points apiece. Ziair Williams, De'Anthony Melton, and Brandon Clarke all scored in double-digits as well.

Memphis gets the next two days off before battling with the New York Knicks on Friday. That's definitely a winnable game for the Grizzlies, who will look to make it three victories in their last four contests.

The Grizzlies are now sitting at the second spot in the West as they've officially overtaken the struggling Golden State Warriors. If they keep this pace up, then Memphis could very well end the regular season as the second seed in a ruthless Western Conference.
