Much like the rest of us, Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant was also in awe of Bradley Beal's scoring explosion against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday. The Washington Wizards superstar was virtually unstoppable en route to a career-high 60-point night.

The 2019 NBA Rookie of The Year pretty much summed up Beal's scoring prowess with a one-emoji tweet.

Sometimes, words don't really do people justice, and Ja Morant's short yet spot-on tweet truly signifies what a walking bucket Bradley Beal really is.

The 6-foot-3 sharpshooter already had 57 points after just three quarters and was on track to surpass Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry's highest NBA point total this season of 62 points. The two-time All-Star, however, went cold in the fourth and fell short of the record after just putting up three points in the final period.

The Wizards ultimately lost the game, 136-141, with Beal going 20-for-34 from the field and 7-of-9 from downtown.

Even Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum was all praises for Beal after going on that ridiculous scoring binge. However, he wasn't as sold that he'll reach 70 points when the match is over. He was right, though, as Beal fell short of 10 points.

Ja Morant, meanwhile, can certainly relate to Bradley Beal's big night after he also recorded a career-high in the first game of the 2020-21 campaign. The high-flying point guard put up 44 points in the season opener and is averaging 26.3 points in his first three games.

The promising second-year player, however, is patiently waiting on the sidelines in the meantime as he recovers from a Grade 2 ankle sprain that will put him on the mend for 3-5 weeks.

As exciting as a Morant-Beal match-up will be, fans will have to wait a bit longer as the Grizzlies and Wizards are not scheduled to lock horns until March 3.
