Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant delivered one of the most eye-popping dunks in the 2022 postseason in Game 5 of their series against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Naturally, the NBA world was hyped with what many consider as one of the best dunks in playoff history.

Morant isn't making a big deal out of it, though, even if some even say it is the dunk of the year.

It looks like it's just another dunk for Ja Morant, though there is no doubt it was an impactful one. After he skied over Malik Beasley near the end of the third quarter, the momentum shifted in their favor.

The Grizzlies were trailing by 11 points heading to the fourth quarter, but they were able to erase the lead that even ballooned to 13 points at one point in the final frame. Morant was at the forefront of the comeback, scoring 18 of his 30 points in the period–including the final 13 points of the team.

Not to mention that it was Morant who won the game for Memphis with his clutch layup with less three seconds remaining on the clock. His heroics gave the Grizzlies the 111-109 win and the 3-2 series lead.

Of course the job is far from over for Grind City, but one has to love the confidence Morant is showing in every play he makes. That's exactly what the team needs to go deep.
