The Memphis Grizzlies narrowly avoided going into an 0-2 hole on Tuesday night as Ja Morant's 47 points propelled his squad to a much-needed Game 2 win over the Golden State Warriors. Following the contest, Ja had some words for Stephen Curry.

Via Rob Perez:

“We going to have some fun.”

The Grizzlies star was fired up after taking over late in the fourth quarter and willing his team to victory. Steph didn't even acknowledge the comments, but if the first two games of this series are any indication, we're in for a wild ride.

Golden State had an extremely tough time containing Ja after Gary Payton II left with a scary elbow injury. Morant was having his way with the Dubs' normally stout defense, using his quickness and superior athleticism to weave around the hoop. The shifty guard truly thrived and will need to keep doing so as the Grizzlies head to the Bay Area for Games 3 and 4.

Curry, meanwhile, hit a couple of huge triples in crunch time en route to a 27-point night. But, as a whole, the Warriors struggled immensely from deep, shooting a putrid 18%, with Klay Thompson and Steph combining to go 5-for-23.

Ja Morant and the Grizzlies ain't going down without a fight. The fun times are just getting started in this Western Conference Semifinals matchup.
