It's hard to satisfy Ja Morant. Even after the Memphis Grizzlies staved off the San Antonio Spurs in their play-in tournament battle on Wednesday, Morant is far from celebrating.

In fact, just moments after their 100-96 victory, Morant returned to the floor to get up some shots.

It's obvious Morant wanted to focus on his free throws, perhaps knowing that getting to the line will always be crucial in the postseason. He only shot 2-of-6 from the charity stripe against the Spurs but his makes came at a crucial juncture for the Grizzlies. He had a solid overall game though, finishing with 20 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

The reigning Rookie of the Year has always had a good work ethic and he told reporters after their win that they haven't really accomplished anything yet.

The Grizzlies are now awaiting the loser of the play-in tournament skirmish between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers. Morant and company almost squeezed into the NBA Playoffs last season but lost to the Portland Trail Blazers in the one-game play-in tournament. So for sure, the Grizzlies don't want a repeat of that.

The Grizzlies have a tough road to get to the NBA Playoffs, but they've already taken care of business no. 1. And Ja Morant will continue to roll up his sleeves and get to work.
