Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant had an absolute night on Wednesday, dropping a mind-boggling 47 points on the Utah Jazz, but it wasn't enough. The Grizzlies ultimately lost a high-scoring affair, 141-129.

While Ja made history by surpassing both LeBron James and Luka Doncic as the first player ever to drop more than 40 points at the age of 21 years or younger in the postseason, he's clearly focused on the task at hand: beating Utah.

The Grizzlies guard was clearly doing some late-night thinking here:

Morant and Memphis should indeed fear none. They've gone toe to toe with the top-seeded Jazz through these first two games, even cutting down a 20-point deficit to just six in the third quarter on Wednesday.

While Donovan Mitchell's presence made a huge difference, the Grizzlies should feel confident heading back home knowing they took one out of two on the road.

Morant is clearly a whole different beast right now, too. His 73 points in the first two playoff contests of his career is the second-most in NBA history behind only George Mikan. Ja even surpassed the likes of Doncic and the legendary Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the list.

Don't sleep on this Grizzlies team. With Morant playing at an extremely high level and Dillon Brooks also rising to the occasion, this series could end up going a lot further than one would've thought.
