The Memphis Grizzlies put up a great fight over the Los Angeles Clippers, and they have Ja Morant to thank for keeping them competitive against such a top team.

Morant did a great job as the leading facilitator for Grizzlies, finishing with 20 points, five rebounds, 11 assists and four steals. However, these impressive numbers aren't what takes the cake for fans who love watching highlights.

The way he turned his steal into a beautiful layup is one that will leave hoops fans stunned. The Clippers' defense got stuck on their feet as Morant fooled them with some crafty dribbling.

The Grizzlies are still far from being a competitive team in the league. Their stars — Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. — are still developing as players. However, the way Morant has been balling out so far gives Memphis fans hope for their future.

It also builds Morant's case as the likely Rookie of the Year winner.
