Memphis Grizzlies standout Ja Morant delivered one of his finest airborne pirouettes, slamming home a reverse alley-oop during a recent scrimmage.

Luckily for fans, the video crew got this one on tape, as the Rookie of the Year front-runner skied for a finish over a trailing Tyus Jones, going from one side of the rim to the other:

His Grizzlies teammates oohed and ahhed in awe, as new teammate Gorgui Dieng asked if the cameraman had gotten the alley-oop finish on tape.

Perhaps most remarkably, reserve shooting guard John Konchar is making a real-life shocked emoji with his hands as the dunk unfolds. Priceless:

Morant has delivered plenty of acrobatic finishes throughout his rookie season, like this dunk on veteran center Aron Baynes early in the season.

Yet one can't help but wonder how many more of these beauties his Grizzlies teammates get to witness during practice. And how many of them fall victim to his skywalking ways?

Morant reportedly tacked on another 12 pounds of muscle during the hiatus, which would put him right at 186 pounds to go with his 6-foot-3 frame. But the muscle gain hasn't seemed to deter his explosiveness or his flair for acrobatic finishes above the rim, a welcome sign for Grizzlies fans.

Some others have grown rather concerned for the way he lands after these gravity-defying finishes:

It should be noted there is no rulebook for how to properly land from a side-to-side reverse alley-oop when going at such blazing speed.
