Fans have been waiting for the GTA 6 release date, and there are some GTA 6 rumors that allegedly reveal the general timing of its launch.
Grand Theft Auto 6 has long been rumored to be in the works, and fans can't wait to finally get their hands on Rockstar's next open-world masterpiece. However, even though Rockstar has already confirmed that the game is in the works, the studio has been shy about actually giving a release window for the game. Hence, while players anticipate the game's release, nobody knows outside of Rockstar when the game will actually come out.
Recent rumors have been swirling, however, indicating that a release window is finally on the horizon. A leaked picture (courtesy of tech4gamers.com) from an alleged Take-Two presentation shows that Grand Theft Auto VI is a game coming out in the second half of 2024. If this leak is to be believed, that means that a release window is indeed on the horizon, but still very far from our grasp.

Another leak suggests that Take Two will finally reveal the GTA 6 release date or logo during their May 16 earnings call. Earnings calls are usually released to the public, and are meant to inform investors of a public company's financial standing and future plans. So, take note of the date and come back again to see if any new rumors or actual news about the GTA 6 release date comes out by then. That's about a week from now, so we don't have that long to wait.

Once NBA 2K23's release date gets officially announced, we'll get a better grasp on the veracity of this leak.
