Taurean Prince has found himself in a very interesting position: he's now an in-demand player just ahead of the NBA trade deadline.

According to The Ringer, Prince has garnered interest from the Thunder, 76ers, and the Blazers.

It was reported on the outlet, last month, that Prince would be available before the NBA trade deadline, and it looks like that report has come to pass.

In 22 previous starts, Prince has averaged 14.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.1 steals across 28.4 minutes.

The good news is, Taurean Prince has always been a formidable player from the first time he took to the court. He got his start by playing college basketball with the LIU-Brooklyn Blackbirds. A year later, he switched to Baylor due to a coaching change within the former program. And this was nothing if not a wise move for him: in his freshman year alone, he averaged 3.7 points and 2.2 rebounds in 6.4 minutes per game.

He got his start on the pro court in 2016 when he was drafted by the Utah Jazz. He was the 12th overall pick in the NBA Draft that year, too.

Shortly thereafter, he was traded to the Atlanta Hawks before he personally helped the United States men's national basketball team win the bronze medal at the 2015 Pan American Games.

Taurean Prince has proven himself to be a very talented player. The fact that he's in such great demand ahead of the trade deadline is indicative of how formidable he will be on any team lucky enough to get him.
