With the NBA's trade deadline drawing near (February 7th), several teams around the league are searching for ways to improve their rosters. One such team is the Atlanta Hawks, who are said to be interested in dealing Kent Bazemore, Dewayne Dedmon, and Taurean Prince, according to a report from Shams Charania of The Athletic

According to Charania, the Hawks have already received calls from a few teams pertaining to the availability of the three players. Bazemore, who's in the final guaranteed year of his contract, has been dealing with a right ankle sprain since December.

In his 35 appearances with the Hawks this season, Bazemore has racked up averages of 14.0 points on 44.1 percent shooting fro the field (32.7 percent from beyond the arc), 4.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.7 steals, and just under one block (0.9) in 27.4 minutes per outing.

Prince, however, would likely have the most value for the Hawks in the event of a trade. At 24 years of age, he has another guaranteed year on his contract that will earn him $3.48 million in the 2019-20 season.

Dedmon, who's in the final campaign of a two-year, $14.1 million deal, has played well this season. In fact, the seven-foot center is currently averaging a career-high 10.1 points per game while pulling down 7.5 rebounds.

Whether or not these players will indeed be traded ahead of the deadline remains to be seen. One thing is clear, however, the Hawks are set on building around the young talent at their disposal, including rookie point guard Trae Young.

Stay tuned to find out whether the Hawks are able to move any of these three players ahead of the deadline.
