The NBA playoffs loom in the near distance and the postseason picture is shaping up nicely. In the Eastern Conference, the Atlanta Hawks have played as one of the better teams, as they currently reside in fourth place. The team is led by star point guard, Trae Young, who is averaging a sterling statline of 25.3 points, 9.5 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game.
The Hawks are on a four-game win streak and seem to be catching fire at the right time, capped off by an impressive 123-107 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Trae Young was excited about the victory, to say the least, and had a little something for his doubters via Twitter.

Young is one of the better point guards in the league while leading his team this year. He clearly thinks very highly of himself, as he references himself as a lion. With just 21 games left on their schedule, Trae Young and the Hawks are eager to prove they're indeed predators instead of prey.
Young's putting the blinders and blocking out any outside noise that may distract him. He doesn't care what anyone is saying or even thinking about him. The kid is just out there playing basketball and giving the Atlanta Hawks their best chance at making the playoffs since 2017.
He's been dominating so far this year, but after posting a message like this to the world, is it possible we see an even better version of Trae Young for the remainder of the season? It's possible, but he'll have to prove it to himself. The Hawks take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night. Keep a close eye on Young, as he could be in for a career game.
