Trae Young made sure to leave a mark in their team's final trip in the MSG as the Atlanta Hawks blew out the New York Knicks in Game 5 on the road to advance to the second round of the NBA Playoffs. Young, as he's been all series, was impressive on Wednesday and dropped 36 points and made sure that all 15,000 fans in attendance in The Garden knew about it.

Young iced the game with his third three of the game with under a minute left and made sure to take a bow in MSG and wave the fans goodbye.

The relationship between Young and the Knicks faithful has been quite interesting over these past few games. Things took an ugly turn in Game 2 when a fan in attendance appeared to have spit on the Hawks superstar during an inbounds play. The fan was deservingly banned from the arena.

Young made sure to remind the crowd on Wednesday that he remembered that vivid spitting incident. In Game 5, Young went on to taunt the crowd and asked them if they're going to spit on him next. This kid is savage (via SportsCenter).

The 22-year-old made sure though that his game did the talking for him in the huge Game 5 win. Though he just shot 3-11 from deep, Young added nine dimes and made sure everyone was involved all evening.

Young would need to bring his A-game as his team is set to battle it out against a tough Philadelphia 76ers unit in the second round. Expect more fireworks from this young superstar.
