New Atlanta Hawks recruit Jeremy Lin is already 30-years-old. However, one particular Lyft driver seems to believe that he does not look the part, and has recently mistaken the 6-foot-3 guard as a high school student.

It was Lin himself who shared a live feed of himself inside a Lyft car via his Instagram stories. Our friends from Bleacher Report were kind enough to share the screenshot of the said clip.

To be fair to Jeremy Lin, he does have a bit of a babyface aura about him. Also, most people would consider it as a compliment when others think they look younger than their actual age. The again, when you're erroneously assessed by someone else as being half your actual age, then there has to be something wrong with that certain someone.

In the driver's defense, he probably did not get a proper look at Lin, given that the Harvard alumni was seated at the back seat. He also does not appear to be a basketball fan as he was completely clueless when Lin asked about the Hawks. Lin has a bit of a reputation of being a joker, and he surely made the most of what was a very awkward situation.

Hopefully, Torrance, California native is able to bring back Linsanity to Atlanta. He should become a more recognizable figure then.
