Atlanta Hawks rookie point guard Trae Young buried the Milwaukee Bucks with a crazy game-winning shot in overtime. The shot gave the Hawks a 136-135 victory.

The Hawks and Bucks went back and forth in the final seconds of overtime. Young put Atlanta up one with 6.8 seconds left before Sterling Brown gave Milwaukee a 135-134 lead with 1.1 seconds left, setting up Young's heroics.

Young struggled with his shooting in this game, scoring just 12 points on 5-of-19 shooting. But he came up big when it counted most in the final seconds, and he also racked up 16 assists. Justin Anderson led the Hawks with 24 points, while John Collins and Alex Len both scored 23 points apiece. Len hit a game-tying 3-pointer in the final minute of regulation to send the game to overtime.

The Bucks were extremely shorthanded in this game. Giannis Antetokounmpo didn't play due to an ankle injury, while Khris Middleton and Eric Bledsoe also didn't suit up. Milwaukee poured in 43 first-quarter points despite this, but Atlanta fought back from a 23-point deficit to ultimately secure the win.

Young has been especially clutch lately, as he also knocked down a game-winner to beat the Philadelphia 76ers on March 23. The youngster has been dynamite and is a top candidate for Rookie of the Year, but Dallas Mavericks phenom Luka Doncic is still the favorite to win the award.
