San Antonio Spurs center LaMarcus Aldridge might need to ice those ankles after he got crossed twice by the Atlanta HawksTrae Young.

Young, who missed one game after suffering what appeared to be a serious ankle injury last week, looked like he didn’t miss a beat as he put the Spurs’ big on skates in the fourth quarter of their team’s match on Tuesday.

The 21-year-old guard had Aldridge on him after a switch and proceeded to toy with him by executing multiple crossovers.

Young left the lumbering big in the dust before dishing out a pinpoint pass to a cutting DeAndre Bembry for the easy two-handed flush.

Prior to going down with an injury, Young was averaging 28.7 points on 50 percent shooting from the field in four games for the Hawks. He was expected to be out for a couple of weeks, but surprised a lot of fans after recuperating way ahead of schedule.
