Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic has ventured into children's books as he proudly announced the release of his own fairy tale, with the title “Goran — Legend of the Dragon.”
His announcement was made via his Twitter account, where he included photos of some of the artwork inside the book, as well as him posing with the publisher and illustrator during the launch. It is now available in book stores around the U.S.

The story depicts Goran Dragic's life growing up and his journey as a professional basketball player, leading to where he is now in his career. The character of the dragon was inspired by the nickname given to him.
It may be a surprise for Dragic to come up with his own fairy tale, as it is far from the image he has shown inside the court, but it also proves how much he desires to connect with children. It will be interesting to see what kind of reception the book will have from the public. If it does well, expect more tales about the adventures of Goran.
