Miami Heat swingman Andre Iguodala has listed his Bay Area home for $3.9 million.

Iguodala, a three-time champion and one-time Finals MVP with the Golden State Warriors, bought the Lafayette home three years ago for $3.7 million, per Neal J. Lettereg of the Los Angeles Times.

Located in Lafayette, the Mediterranean-inspired house was designed by architect Ken Hertel and completed in 2004. Recently updated, the more than 5,700-square-foot home features a sweeping staircase in the entry, beamed ceilings, arched windows and an outdoor living room. Dual islands anchor the kitchen, which flows directly into the family room. There are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The Warriors were forced to trade Iguodala to the Memphis Grizzlies in the summer of 2019 in order to create cap space to sign D'Angelo Russell in the Kevin Durant sign-and-trade deal with the Brooklyn Nets. Iggy, though, didn't play a single game for the Grizzlies.

Memphis traded Iguodala to the Heat near the 2020 trade deadline. Pat Riley then signed the 36-year-old to a two-year, $30-million extension.

Miami is among the 22 teams partaking in the season's restart at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The seeding games start on July 30.

The Heat are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings with a record of 41-24. The team, led by All-Stars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, will use its eight seeding games to gear up for the 2020 playoffs and knock out the rust that was created by the NBA hiatus.

Iguodala appeared in 14 games with the Heat before the season was suspended in March. He put up 4.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists while shooting 49.0 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from beyond the arc.
