The Miami Heat did not know what hit them in Game 2 as the Boston Celtics cruised to a 127-102 blowout win on Thursday night. This was exactly what Bam Adebayo thought of his team's performance in their embarrassing loss on their own home floor.

According to the Heat big man, his team just couldn't handle the Celtics in this one. Miami got hit by a wild haymaker early on and they just could not recover:

“They came out and hit us in the mouth,” Adebayo said postgame, via Souichi Terada of Mass Live. “We don’t know how to respond.”

Adebayo himself transformed into The Invisible Man in this one, logging just six points on 3-of-6 from the floor. The Heat star managed nine rebounds and a couple of assists but there's no denying that this was a completely underwhelming performance for the All-Star center.

Jimmy Butler was the lone bright spot for the Heat here, dropping a game-high 29 points on 11-of-18 shooting. His supporting cast, however, left a lot to be desired.

Adebayo knows that he has to be better in Game 3. The same can be said for the rest of the Heat, especially since they're now heading to Boston for Games 3 and 4 of this series.
