Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade, who has not signed with any team at the moment, remains mum on his basketball future. Is The Flash retiring from the NBA? Or will he go play in China?

Asked on his future, Wade said, per the Associated Press via NBC Sports:

“In due time,” Wade said. “Time will tell.”

The 36-year-old was speaking as an ambassador for the upcoming Jr. NBA World Championship that starts Aug. 7 in Orlando, Florida. He's been active in youth basketball camps for several years.

“This is the purest form of basketball, to be able to be around kids at this age, before it becomes a business,” Wade said.

Reports reveal that Wade got an offer from China: a three-year, $25 million contract. As for the Heat, team president Pat Riley said that he is waiting on Wade's decision but they're letting the superstar guard take his time. He's hoping to get his decision by mid-August.

In the event Wade suits up again, he'll be playing his 16th season. The last several years were quite tumultuous for Wade — suiting up for the Chicago Bulls, then the Cleveland Cavaliers, then back to the Heat.

A three-time champion, Wade is averaging 22.5 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game for his career.
