Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic has still not decided if he will test free agency this coming summer. The Miami Herald's Anthony Chiang reported that the point guard is still contemplating his options:

“I didn’t think about it. I was just at home having a good time with my kids. I had a meeting with Pat [Riley] and that was it. I told him I’m going to make my decision when that comes. So I still need to talk to the family, the agent. Right now, I just wanted to have at least two weeks to one month completely off, enjoy my vacation with them. When it’s going to be time for business, we’re going to sit down and talk.”

It seems like Dragic will take his sweet time in making his decision, as he should. The guard has a $19.2 million player option for 2019-20.

In an injury-shortened season with the Heat, Dragic posted solid numbers. He averaged 13.7 points to go along with 4.8 assists per game and 41.3 percent shooting from the field.

The crafty southpaw is only one year removed from being an All-Star, and he is arguably the Heat's best player. For the Heat to have any shot at contending next year, Dragic will need to return and have a season where he remains healthy.

Since LeBron James' departure from Miami, the team has found moderate success while building a team without a true superstar. Goran Dragic has played a large part in this strategy, and Heat fans will hope that the talented backcourt player returns to push the team to new heights in the wake of Dwyane Wade's retirement.
