Apparently, Miami Heat star small forward Jimmy Butler doesn't think white players can guard him.

That's at least what New Orleans Pelicans shooting guard JJ Redick and Heat sharpshooter Duncan Robinson claim.

To recall, Butler and Redick were teammates on the Philadelphia 76ers last season, while Butler and Robinson are teammates this season in Miami:

There's nothing like a good Jimmy Butler story to keep Miami fans entertained while the NBA is on lockdown due to COVID-19.

Before the 2019-20 season got suspended, Butler and the Heat were in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings with a record of 41-24. Jimmy has meshed very well with his new Miami teammates, even if guys like Robinson and Tyler Herro can't guard him in practice.

In his first season with the Heat, the now five-time All-Star is averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists while shooting 45.4 percent from the field, 24.8 percent from beyond the arc and 83.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Butler signed a four-year deal with the Heat last summer in free agency. The Sixers and Heat executed a sign-and-trade deal. Jimmy appears to have found a home with the South Beach franchise after traveling around the NBA the past few seasons.
