Miami Heat All-Star small forward Jimmy Butler understands the Boston Celtics are a really good team.

However, the always confident Butler isn't scared of the mighty Celtics with the Eastern Conference Finals right around the corner.

The five-time All-Star believes his Heat have what it takes to defeat Boston and advance to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014.

“I think every round, every game that we go into, there may be a different scouting report, a different scheme that goes into it,” Jimmy Butler said, via Shandel Richardson of Sports Illustrated.

“Yea, they got some really, really good players, as do we. I still believe we can't be too focused in on them. We've got to worry about what we can do and play our best style of basketball on both ends of the floor. That's what we've been doing all year long. That's what we're going to continue to do.”

Butler and the Heat are the hottest team in the 2020 playoffs. They have only lost once and are clicking on all cylinders at the moment after upsetting the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round.

Butler, one of the fiercest competitors we have in the NBA, is averaging 21.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists for the Heat in the playoffs. The Texas native, who has been getting advice from Heat legend Dwyane Wade throughout the postseason, is shooting 47.7 percent from the field, 50.0 percent from beyond the arc and 84.4 percent from the free throw line.

Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Heat and Celtics is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 15.
