Miami Heat All-Star Jimmy Butler has played for several coaches over the course of his career, including Tom Thibodeau, Brett Brown and now Erik Spoelstra. Butler explained the differences between them ahead of Friday night's home game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Butler, who signed a four-year, $142 million dollar deal with the Heat prior to the start of this season, noted that each of these coaches have a unique way of getting their points across.

“You talk about a guy who looks really, really calm, but he'll cuss you out in a heartbeat,” Butler said of Spoelstra, via Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel. “I think that's a huge difference.

“Thibs looked like he'll cuss you out in a heartbeat. Brett Brown didn't look like he would; he's like a really nice guy. Spo looks like a really nice guy, right? Cuss your a– out so quick. I think that's the biggest difference.”

The Heat (18-6 overall) have won three straight games and seven of their last ten. They'll look to keep their momentum rolling in Friday night's matchup against the Lakers.
