Jimmy Butler is as passionate as they come. This is exactly why it comes to no surprise that he wants to destroy former Miami Heat teammate Goran Dragic when they face off against each other on the basketball court. According to Butler, he wants to put some hurt on Dragic simply because he's such good friends with the veteran guard.

According to Jimmy Butler, he's definitely giving Dragic a hard foul when the Heat face Goran's Toronto Raptors in the new season:

“I want to foul the s— out of Goran,” said Butler (h/t Peter Dewey of Heat Nation).

“I’m not going to dunk. But oh my gosh. Yeah, flagrant one. I don’t get thrown out. Flagrant one. Oh, you damn right.

“That’s my guy. Then I’m going to text him, ‘I told your a– I was going to get you.’”

Jimmy Butler is definitely a funny guy. The Miami Heat star also has a weird sense of competition when it comes to some of his closest friends. I guess the fact that Butler wants to physically hurt him should come as a compliment for Dragic?

All jokes aside, though, Dragic is a well-loved figure for the Heat, and it's clear that he built several lasting relationships with his former teammates. The 35-year-old veteran also has a special place in the hearts of Miami fans everywhere, and we all wish him luck in this new chapter of his career.
