After missing the Miami Heat's last 15 games, Justise Winslow could be back in action soon and is targeting Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks for his possible return, according to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

The 21-year-old Duke product has been sidelined since mid-December due to a knee injury he suffered in a game against the Portland Trail Blazers and has since been recovering from it. Although his MRI came back negative then, it took him almost a month to heal and rehabilitate.

The development is definitely a big boost to the Heat as his availability will add depth to their forward rotation, especially with news that came out about Dion Waiters opting to undergo season-ending surgery. While they have different skill sets, Winslow will soften the blow the team will take with their starting shooting guard missing the rest of the year.

In the 27 games he has appeared in this season so far, Winslow has been averaging 6.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22.6 minutes. He could have a chance to see more minutes on the court depending on matchups as he has the ability to play both forward positions. The third-year player is also an underrated defender and head coach Erik Spoelstra may maximize his defensive skills once he returns.

The Heat are currently one of the league's hottest teams and have won six straight games. Although they have battled injuries to their key players all season long, they have managed to win consistently. Winlow's return will only make them better especially if he regains his form quickly and provide the team with prowess on both ends of the floor.
