As we all know how the Miami Heat organization and star Jimmy Butler's work ethic is, they inflicted some of that energy on Manchester United's Paul Pogba who visited them during his holiday trip to the United States of America.

Pogba is known to be close friends with Butler since the Heat star's visit to Senegal. The two are always seen hanging around when they get a chance to see each other.

When Paul Pogba returned to Manchester United for their pre-season training, they were shocked and impressed when they saw the Frenchman. They said that Pogba's current shape is the best one so far after taking part in some conditioning sessions with the Heat coaches, per The Athletic's Lauri Whitwell.

The Heat have established what they call “Heat Culture” which Gary Payton describes in his Player's Tribune essay as “hard-working” and “blue-collar”. The culture is not just about winning, but it is how you win.

Butler famously criticized and slammed former teammates due to their lack of work ethic, and that's why Jimmy and the Heat are a match made in heaven as Butler is the type of player who loves to grind his way up.

The 5-time All-Star was drafted 30th overall by the Chicago Bulls back in 2011. Butler worked his way up into stardom as he continues to increase his production year after year.

The Heat forward averaged 21.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 7.1 assists while swiping away a career-high 2.1 steals per game last season for Miami.

Miami will look to win it all this season as they went all-in after acquiring Kyle Lowry from the Toronto Raptors.
