In his recent Instagram Live video, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James relived some of his best memories during his time with the Miami Heat. One of which included a post-practice tradition he never missed — visiting his wife Savannah's juice bar.

During LeBron's time in Miami, his wife opened a juice bar in the city's upscale Brickell neighborhood. Named “The Juice Spot,” the business was closed down two years after its inception when the James family all moved back to Cleveland. As it turns out, this celebrity juice bar had an extremely popular number one customer — LeBron himself.

James actually answered a lot of questions during the impromptu Q&A — from the most mundane to other more serious subjects pertaining to his own legacy and even his time with the Heat. You can watch the full 44-minute video here.

James filmed the feed from his own home, with the rest of his family hanging around during the entire video. Like the rest of us, LeBron has also been staying home in the midst of this pandemic. As you can see, no one is immune to this lockdown, and even the biggest stars have likewise been observing social distancing in the light of this global health threat.

While there has been some news that LeBron and the rest of the NBA will be able to return to the court within about a month, this is anything but guaranteed. It will all depend on how the situation will progress within the next couple of weeks, so for everyone's sake, let's all hope that things get better sooner rather than later.
