Dwyane Wade is truly the best player in Miami Heat history. After the Heat drafted him in 2003, Wade delivered a championship for his beloved team in just three years along with exiled Lakers center Shaquille O'Neal. Wade was also instrumental in recruiting his best friend LeBron James to join him on the Heat, an action that resulted in back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013.

A three-time NBA champion, Wade will certainly enter the NBA Hall-of-Fame someday after he retires. However, even at 36 years of age, Wade have constantly proved that he can push back Father Time in some players.

On Thursday night against the Los Angeles Lakers, Wade baked Lonzo Ball and converted an incredibly difficult shot while sailing out of bounds.

Even though the Heat were trailing the game, Wade showed Ball that he still has plenty left in the tank and will score no matter who is defending him. Though, Wade doesn't have any hard feelings against the Lakers rookie. In fact, he praised the rookie's father LaVar Ball for raising his children to be great, per Alex Squadron of SLAM online.

Q: As a father, what is your reaction to LaVar Ball’s approach to parenting his kids?

DW: I love it, he’s all about his kids. People have many different views on what he should and shouldn’t do. But everybody wasn’t there at five in the morning when he had them getting up and they were running or working out. No one [else] was knocking on their doors telling them they were going to be the next ones. We only know that because he told us that.

Hopefully, Wade can muster up some more of his younger talent and lead the Heat to a victory.
