The Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat are playing Game 3 of their first round series right now, with the winner taking a pivotal 2-1 lead in the series with one more game in South Beach on Saturday afternoon.

These two teams already had a history of bad blood with one another. For one, Joel Embiid and Hassan Whiteside have gone back and forth both on the court and on social media. Goran Dragic scored an unnecessary, uncontested layup at the end of Game 2, which pissed off Sixers players.

In the first half, a frustrated Embiid threw his mask off in frustration. As if this series isn't testy enough, Justise Winslow was seen stepping on that mask intentionally before tossing it aside.

On top of that sequence here in Game 3, there have already been six technical fouls handed out (a trio of double technical fouls on Dwyane Wade and Justin Anderson, Goran Tragic and Marco Belinelli, as well as Ben Simmons and James Johnson).

Heading into the fourth quarter, the Sixers currently lead the Heat 96-94.
