John Daly and his son recently landed an NIL deal with Hooters. The deal is for from shocking, as John Daly certainly seems like the kind of guy who spends his weekends at Hooters. The NIL deal was made available because of his son John Daly II who plays golf at Arkansas.

We have seen a number of NIL deals since college athletes became eligible for them. But this is easily the “bustiest” one yet.

The Dalys will promote the Hooters brand through apparel, marketing, social media, and more.

Daly II confirmed our suspicions about his father spending plenty of time at Hooters.

“I have seen my father’s great relationship with Hooters over the years, and I am proud to continue my family’s association with this iconic brand.”

Hooters senior VP Bruce Skala shared his thoughts on the Dalys and why they chose to partner with them.

“John’s larger-than-life personality makes him an ideal representative of Hooters’ fun-loving spirit, while Little John will promote our brand to the next generation as one of the next big names in golf. We are ecstatic to have the Dalys, fantastic golfers and great personalities, on board as spokespeople for Hooters, the definitive 19th hole.”

John Daly's competitive golfing days are mostly over. However, he still golfs all of the time. Meanwhile, his son could be the next big thing in the sport. He is still just a freshman in college so he has a ways to go, but perhaps John Daly II can carry on the family's golfing legacy.
