The Charlotte Hornets have decided to shake things up a bit by recalling a couple of guys from its NBA G League affiliate team, the Greensboro Swarm. According to a press release posted on NBA.com, Hornets general manager Mitch Kupchack has announced the team's intention to bring back Dwayne Bacon and Devonte' Graham to the team.

It was a quick trip to the G League for Bacon, who only suited up for only one contest for the Swarm. He returns to the Hornets and will hope to improve on his current averages of 6.4 points (on 49.2 percent shooting), 0.7 three-pointers, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in 13.8 minutes of action. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has made 13 appearances for the Hornets so far this season.

For his part, Graham will hope to make a bigger impact for the team following his third stint with the Swarm this season. The rookie has been very impressive in the G League thus far, averaging 25.5 points (on 45.5 percent shooting), 3.5 three-pointers, 5.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 2.8 steals, and 5.0 turnovers (ouch) in four appearances for the Swarm.

Both Bacon and Graham are hoping for longer and more significant spells for the Hornets this time around. Hopefully, they are able to get on the good graces of head coach James Borrego, and establish their place in the team's rotation.

The Hornets are currently 11-11 thus far, and are sitting on the seventh spot of the Eastern Conference.
