For the second straight game, the Charlotte Hornets won with a game-winning triple. This time, it's Devonte' Graham coming up clutch for them.

Coach James Borrego came up with a great ATO play with the Hornets down by two with 6.2 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. Coming off a hand-off screen from P.J. Washington, Graham rose up and banked in the 3-pointer to stun the New York Knicks crowd with 2.1 ticks left.

The Hornets managed to get the stop at the other end for the 103-102 victory.

The lucky banker marks Graham's ninth 3-pointer of the game. He finished the game with 29 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field. He was feeling it all night, as he nailed nine of his 16 triple tries and added four rebounds and two assists in 36 minutes of action.

In their previous contest against the Detroit Pistons, it was Malik Monk who came up huge for Charlotte. Monk drilled a heavily-contested three at the buzzer to take down the Pistons at home, 109-106.

Charlotte has gotten off to a pleasantly surprising start this season. They are now 6-7 on the year and are in the mix for a playoff spot early in the season.

Much of their success has to do with the breakout campaign of Devonte' Graham, who saw limited action for the Hornets in his rookie season last year. Now in his sophomore year, the former Kansas standout is playing with a lot more confidence. This gutsy shot to break the hearts of New York fans certainly shows it.
