In this Fortnite Guide, we help you understand how to reprogram the unique weapon Omni Sword in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.

Tsuki is back and better than ever here in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. Now known as Tsuki 2.0, she comes with her very own harvesting tool called the Omni Sword. Battle pass owners who acquire the Omni Sword can change the way the harvesting tool looks. Here’s how to reprogram the Omni Sword.

Players can reprogram the Omni Sword similar to how we unlocked Haven’s Masks last season. During any battle royale game mode, players need to collect Omni Chips in order to give the sword a new look. Sad to say, it won’t be as easy to collect Omni Chips compared to the Feathers from last season. Don’t worry, this season’s battle pass will give us 8 Omni Chips on the house to make things less grindy. These Omni Chips are planted in specific locations within the map and players need to find them manually.

As of the moment, there are only 3 locations in the battle royale island where players can find the Omni Chips. As the season progresses, we will then find out the other locations to acquire Omni Chips. Here’s a full list of the 3 locations we’re aware of so far:

  • Greasy Grove
  • LogJam Lumberyard
  • Mighty Monument

There are 4 different sections when reprogramming the Omni Sword. Players can play around with Blades, Guards, Colors, and Sounds as customization options. Here’s a full list of the unlockable designs alongside their prices:

Given the requirements above, it’s going to be quite a grind collecting these Omni Chips. Players can only get 3 Omni Chips from each designated location, however. But we think it’ll be worth it. The blade designs look great and there are a lot of different colors to choose from to best suit your taste. Plus you can also change the way the Omni Sword sounds which is a nice unique touch to this collection quest. If you don’t already own one, purchase the battle pass and start reprogramming the Omni Sword in Fortnite today.
