NFL teams are making their moves on Thursday, with head coaches being hired by the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears. The Jacksonville Jaguars are aiming to find their coach and have been linked to Byron Leftwich, but the front office also just elected to interview former Broncos head coach Vic Fangio.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jaguars picked up Fangio from Denver. He's an odd choice for a candidate, considering he didn't do too well during his time with the Broncos. Regardless, Jacksonville is making sure to give him a chance to interview for the head coaching job:

This comes in the middle of some serious Byron Leftwich rumors. Apparently, the Jaguars are interested in hiring the talented offensive coordinator, but he is demanding a change at general manager, per Chris Porter:

This, of course, was a rumor, but it has gained more traction recently. According to Mike Jurecki, it seems the Jaguars may follow through with Byron Leftwich's requests after all. Trent Baalke hasn't been consistent as a general manager, so a change here is likely a good thing. For that reason, it appears as though Leftwich will be getting the job, though nothing is official:
