Welp, you don't get anywhere by being subtle – right? Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey has definitely made it pretty clear what he wants. First, it was arriving at training camp in the back of a Brinks truck. Now, he's practicing with a $20 bill attached to the pads under his jersey.

Yes, he's done this in the past. However, let's not pretend like it's still not a pretty clear message. Jalen Ramsey is arguably the best cornerback in the league. There really aren't many people that will try to tell you any different.

With that in mind – Ramsey wants to be paid as such. Currently, his contract is set to expire after 2020.

It's not unusual for a player to want to renegotiate his contract with this much time left on the deal. Especially when they're one of the best at their position (and in the league in general). And even more so when they're still on a rookie deal.

Ramsey wants to make his money now. Why wait and risk something happening that limits the money? He's played like someone that deserves top money for years – but has been doing so on a relatively cheap deal. When you think about it, it's only fair he gets the money he deserves sooner rather than later.

Ramsey is one of the more outspoken superstars in the NFL. Due to that, moves like this aren't that surprising. You have to respect it to because he's making his point without causing too much of a distraction (seriously, if a teammate's distracted by a $20 bill on a jersey they have bigger problems).

Now the question is if the Jacksonville Jaguars received the message, and how will they respond (with a contract)?
