Even amid the uncertainty surrounding his future with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Leonard Fournette remains as a source of entertainment on social media. On Tuesday, Fournette spent some time roasting Jalen Ramsey, once again, on Twitter.
Back in 2017, when Ramsey was still with the Jaguars, he squared off against A.J. Green of the Cincinnati Bengals. Throughout the entire game, Ramsey and Green continued to trade jabs in between plays. Then, after Green had enough of Ramsey's antics, the veteran wideout put the All-Pro cornerback in a chokehold.

As a result of Fournette's humorous jab at Ramsey, some fans believed that Fournette and Ramsey weren't on good terms. On the contrary, Fournette was just poking fun at Ramsey, similar to what they would to one another when they played together.
Before Ramsey was traded to the Los Angeles Rams during the 2019 season, he and Fournette played in Jacksonville together from 2017-2019. While they were drafted a year apart, both of them had an immediate bond when Fournette joined the team in 2017.
For Ramsey, he's heading into the final year of his rookie contract. Barring an unforeseen turn of events, Ramsey expects to sign a long-term extension with the Rams in the near future.
On the other hand, Fournette's future with the Jaguars is a bit murky. Prior to the 2020 NFL Draft, Jacksonville placed Fournette on the trade block. After having no takers, it appears that Fournette will remain with the team next season. Despite his everlasting friendship with Ramsey, the Jaguars hope that Fournette can form relationships with his current teammates too.
