It's been an odd start to the season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Things have been shaky for Urban Meyer since taking the head coaching job and Trevor Lawrence hasn't quite lived up to the hype yet. For that reason, many have been curious to hear what owner Shad Khan has to say about the situation.

According to Ian Rapoport, Shad Khan has faith in Urban Meyer and the team. Even with the questionable decisions by his head coach, Khan seems to have Meyer's back regardless. In fact, Rapoport sources go as far as to say that Khan is ‘all in' on Urban Meyer.

Khan was asked to dive a little deeper on the odd bar scene sighting of his head coach after the loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Shad Khan goes on to say:

“I think this is NFL football. You're on stage all the time and you have to be absolutely self-aware. But I've gone over this so many times there's very little to add.”

Two weeks after the wild bar scene, the Jaguars were able to achieve their first win of the season against the Miami Dolphins. The team came together and won a nail-biter when the world had essentially written them off. Khan spoke about how the media hyped up the win with the potential issues going on in the organization.

“I mean, there are a lot of times and I'm not just talking about football, in business situations, what you read is so different from what the reality is and this was one of those cases. I wasn't surprised, I believe in us.”

For now, everything seems to be all sunshine and rainbows in Jacksonville. This is a young roster that needs to develop. The front office has built a solid foundation and the Jaguars could be on their way to winning in the near future. Catch their Week 8 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
