The turning point in the game on Thursday night between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cincinnati Bengals appeared to happen in the second quarter.

Facing a 4th and goal from the one-yard line and up 14-0, the Jaguars opted to go for it with less than a minute left until halftime. Trevor Lawrence was stuffed, the Bengals got the stop and came out of halftime on fire.

Following the loss that dropped the Jaguars to 0-4, head coach Urban Meyer was clearly distraught afterwards noting that his head was spinning, per Jordan Dajani of CBS Sports.

“You know it's heartbreaking. That's a heartbroken locker room so we have to get them back. They have a few days off and then, obviously, get ready for the Titans. There are good people in that locker room though.”

When asked about a decision made in the first half Meyer responded:

“I'm sorry I can't remember. Did we…did we…my head is spinning right now so I apologize.”

The loss dropped the Jaguars to 0-4 on the season, something Meyer and Lawrence have no prior experience with in their careers. They will get their next crack in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans.

Lawrence played a clean game and didn't turn it over, something he had issues with in the first three weeks. Still, it wasn't enough for the Jaguars as the Bengals ended up hammering home a game-winning field to win 24-21.

With every loss, the USC rumors get heavier and heavier despite Meyer saying numerous times he's staying with the Jaguars.
