The Jacksonville Jaguars may still have their work cut out for them in Week 12, but that hasn't stopped their offense from capitalizing on the Cleveland Browns' mistakes. Mike Glennon was able to launch a 46-yard touchdown pass to wideout Collin Johnson on Sunday, after which Johnson was able to fight through a mid-air hit before diving in for the touchdown.

Johnson's score allowed the Jaguars to take the lead with a 13-10 score late into the second quarter. He's been exceptional through the first half of play so far. He's caught two targets for a total of 59 yards to go along with the one touchdown. It's a significant step up in terms of action for the rookie, who saw no targets in his last two games against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers.

Glennon may be turning the tides as well in Week 12. His touchdown pass to Johnson is his longest pass completion since his rookie season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Glennon has been fundamental in the Jaguars' success as well so far. He's completed 11-of-18 passes for 142 passing yards along with his one touchdown. He's starting in place of Gardner Minshew, who's still nursing a thumb injury that's kept him sidelined for four games.

The Jaguars are trying to get off the deck in the latter stages of a difficult season. The Jaguars are buried at the bottom of the AFC South. The Houston Texans' recent wins have created distance between them and Jacksonville in the push for third place in the division.

The Jaguars haven't won since Week 1 against the Indianapolis Colts. Even though winning a game means a lower draft position, Jacksonville doesn't want to leave this season and its stretch run without another victory.
