The troubles of Houston Rockets star James Harden aren't over just yet.
A Lakers fan from Hollywood once tried to sue Harden for giving him the middle finger, although that case never came to fruition. This time around, according to TMZ, an incident took place outside of a Hollywood lounge on Tuesday night between Harden and a photographer.
That photographer has apparently filed a police report against Harden with the Los Angeles Police Department. His claims are that Harden broke his finger while acting aggressive towards him after asking Harden his political opinion on a candidate.
The police are now searching for evidence that the story has credibility, and it's not known at this point if there were witnesses.
So far, Harden has not been charged with any kind of assault count while the investigation is pending.
