James Harden has jersey hanging at Houston strip club for spending so much money
James Harden is still a few more years away from having his jersey retired by the Houston Rockets, but he has already made enough strides to have his No. 13 swinging from the rafters of a local strip club after dropping enough dollar bills to merit a special place in the adult-themed venue.
The deed was first mentioned in rapper Joe Budden’s podcast, where one of his guests made light of the Clutch City star’s off-the-court spending.
Harden is coming off a four-year, $170 million extension with the team, leaving a lot of hundred-dollar bills to be spent in some adult entertainment and maybe even more local strip clubs to honor his name for his charitable efforts.
Jalen Rose admitted in his own show Jalen & Jacoby that he too at one point could see himself having his jersey retired at one of these venues, which brings the question — just how much money does an athlete have to spend to make it into the strip club hall of fame?
