The Houston Rockets may have lost their game on Tuesday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, 128-120. but their superstar guard James Harden won a franchise record in their losing effort.

The Beard finished the game with 41 points on 13-of-20 shooting including 5-of-9 from three-point distance, seven rebounds and 15 assists. With that stat line, he became the first player in Rockets history to have at least 40 points, five rebounds and 15 assists in a game, surpassing other franchise legends like Tracy McGrady and Steve Francis.

After the game, he was asked to discuss his incredible performance and had this to say:

Despite his stat-stuffing effort, Harden admitted it was a tough game for them especially visiting the homecourt of the defending champions. He also nit-picked his misses during the game especially the four free-throws he failed to convert.

Harden is now playing a different position as the team's point guard. But during the end games, he still visibly tries to carry the offense by himself. If the Rockets want to string some wins together, he should get more support from his teammates by knocking down some baskets to relieve him of some pressure of coming up with one tough shot after another.
