After Mike Conley, Bojan Bogdanovic was the Utah Jazz's biggest acquisition of the offseason. The veteran forward is left the Indiana Pacers to play in Salt Lake City, where he will have to adapt to a different role. Bogdanovic shared how he thought he would fit into the team's plans offensively:

“Before Victor got hurt, everybody considered me a shooter but I knew what I was capable of doing. I can play pick-and-roll, iso. Here with Donovan and Mike, two great offensive players, I will just try to fit right in with them. Having Donovan and Mike playing with the ball and creating off the dribble is going to be easy for all of us to be on the perimeter. There are a lot of combinations for us. It’s going to be an exciting year.”

After Victor Oladipo's injury, Bogdanovic was forced to take on the brunt of the Pacer's offense. He evolved from a spot shooter who had shown some chops off the dribble to a full-fledged number one choice on offense.

On his new team, Bogdanovic will more than likely return to his spot shooter role. Conley and Donovan Mitchell will be the Jazz's primary creators and Bogdanovic and Joe Ingles will space the floor for them. The Croatian vet will still get his chances to create, but they will be far slimmer now that he is in Utah.
