Utah Jazz All-Star Donovan Mitchell played golf for the the first time on Saturday.

Now Mitchell thinks he's Happy Gilmore:

The 6-foot-3 guard, of course, gave a reference to the movie “Happy Gilmore” starring Adam Sandler as the title character. The movie is about a failed hockey player who finds a talent for golf thanks to his massive 400-yard drives.

Is Spida already considering a career change?

It's great to see Mitchell in good spirits and enjoying his time in the Disney World bubble. To recall, the first time All-Star became one of the first players to contract the coronavirus after the NBA shut down the season back in March. Obviously, Mitchell has fully recovered and is ready to go barring any unforeseen circumstances, of course.

It's still unknown, however, what will happen to Mitchell's relationship with fellow All-Star Rudy Gobert. The two-time Defensive Player was the first player to test positive for COVID-19. Despite the lingering threat of the virus at the time, Gobert was reportedly careless in his handling of the precautionary measures. This reportedly infuriated Mitchell and caused a rift between the two Jazz stars.

Earlier this month, Mitchell admitted he and Gobert are on good terms and ready to play basketball. This is a sigh of relief for Jazz fans, but nonetheless, the lingering effects may still show up at some point.

The Jazz will enter the season restart as the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference. With less than two weeks remaining before the real games begin, Utah hopes everything will finally be ironed out.
