There has been a bit of a feud between Utah Jazz big man Rudy Gobert and Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal of late. Shaq's former teammate, Dwyane Wade, has now chimed in on the debate and he's come out with a rather mind-blowing proposal about how to put this issue to bed.

Gobert and Shaq have been going back and forth about a hypothetical 1-on-1 matchup between the Jazz center and prime Shaq. Naturally, neither of them is willing to concede so Wade thinks the best way to settle this is to actually have the pair battle it out on the basketball court:

“Y’all wanna settle this at AllStar weekend in Utah next year? 💰” Wade said in his tweet

Now wouldn't that be a sight to see? You have to note, however, that the Shaq of today is far from the player he once was during his prime. Gobert, on the other hand, is in peak physical condition. Nevertheless, given his size and brute strength, you can still imagine O'Neal imposing his physicality on Gobert on the basketball court.

For his part, Wade is being very clever here. He's currently a part-owner of the Jazz franchise and he's done well to promote next year's All-Star Game in Utah with a proposal that will surely have the basketball world buzzing.
